RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have sixty (60) days from the date you receive your order to let us know you wish to return a product, with no need to give a reason.

HYGIENE NOTICE
As our product is worn directly against the skin, returned items must be clean, unworn (or only tried on briefly), and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows clear signs of extended use or is not in a resalable, hygienic condition.

HOW TO RETURN
To start a return, contact us at contact@kintex.store with your order number. We'll send you the steps to follow. The product must be returned in its original condition and complete.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Except for a faulty or non-conforming product (in which case we cover the cost), return shipping is at the customer's expense.

REFUND
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued within a maximum of fourteen (5) days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at contact@kintex.store with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
