TERMS OF SERVICE

Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the sale of products on kintex.com between FRESH AGENCY LLC (the "Seller") and any individual consumer making a purchase (the "Customer"). Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3 — Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustration and are not contractual. The products are supportive accessories intended for personal use, and do not replace medical advice or treatment.

Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included where applicable. Any additional shipping costs are stated before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 5 — Orders
The Customer selects the products, reviews the cart, and confirms the order after verification. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer.

Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online, securely, using the methods offered on the site. The order becomes effective only once payment has been confirmed.

Article 7 — Delivery
Products are shipped worldwide to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are given for guidance only. A delay in delivery cannot give rise to damages, except where required by applicable mandatory law.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal / Returns
The Customer has sixty (60) days from receipt of the order to request a return, with no need to give a reason, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must be clean, unworn (or only briefly tried on), and in their original packaging, as the product is worn against the skin. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in a resalable, hygienic condition.

Article 9 — Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial guarantee, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantees available under the consumer-protection laws applicable in their country of residence (including, for EU customers, the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects).

Article 10 — Personal data
The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

Article 11 — Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller first at contact@kintex.store to seek an amicable solution. EU customers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Article 12 — Governing law
These Terms are subject to the consumer-protection law applicable in the Customer's country of residence, where the Customer is a consumer. Nothing in these Terms deprives the Customer of the mandatory protections of their local law.
