We ship worldwide to the delivery address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

FREE shipping on all orders (applied automatically at checkout).

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is then shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. A tracking number is provided so you can follow your parcel's journey.

DELAYS
If your parcel is unusually delayed, contact us at contact@kintex.store and we'll follow up with the carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable for delays caused by the carrier, except where required by applicable law.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address entered at checkout. Any error leading to a return or re-shipment may incur additional costs.
