The support that starts further down

The real chain
The real chain

Your knees are paying for your feet

When the arch gives way, the shin rotates inward and the knee absorbs the twist — every single step. That is why a knee can hurt when nothing is wrong with the knee. Hold the arch where it collapses and the joints above it stop fighting each other.

Built to last
Built to last

Cushioning that hasn't flattened by Friday

Most foam insoles feel superb for a fortnight, then quietly pack down into a flat sheet. The open-cell 4D structure compresses under the heel strike and springs straight back — bend one into a full spiral and it returns to shape in front of you.

Cool and dry, not just for the first hour

The perforations run right through the foam, not just across the surface, so heat and moisture leave instead of building up. It is the difference between a shoe you tolerate at 6 p.m. and one you forget you are wearing.

How it works?

1

Take the old one out

Pull the flat factory insole out of your shoe. Almost every trainer, work shoe and boot has one, and it comes out with a fingernail.

2

Drop the Kintex in

Orange side up, heel to the back. No trimming, no glue. It takes the space the old one left, so your shoe still fits the way it did.

3

Give it three days

Real arch support feels like something on day one, because your foot has been unsupported for years. Wear them a few hours a day to start. By day four you stop noticing them.

On-your-feet jobs

Nurses, chefs, teachers, retail, warehouse. Concrete floors do not forgive, and eight hours in you can feel every one of them. This is the group that reorders first.

The people who still do the coastal path, the market, the garden — and who have started paying for it the next morning. Support the arch and the day after gets a lot easier.

Anyone blaming their knees

If your old trainers are worn down on the inside edge, your feet are rolling in and your knees are taking the twist. Fix the foundation before you buy another brace.

Frequently asked questions

Will they make my shoes too tight?
This is the number one worry, and the answer is in how you fit them. They replace your existing insole, they don't sit on top of it. Pull the flat factory one out first and you get the arch and the cushioning back without losing any room. In a very snug dress shoe you may still notice the difference — in trainers, work shoes and boots you won't.
I'm between two sizes. Which do I take?
Take the larger one. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and check it against the chart above — the length matters more than the shoe size on the box. If you land on a boundary, size up: a fraction of extra length disappears at the toe, while a size too short leaves the arch sitting in the wrong place, which is the one thing that stops them working.
Do they need breaking in?
Yes, and it's worth knowing that up front. If your feet have been walking on flat foam for years, real arch support feels like something is there on the first day — that's the support doing its job, not a fault. Wear them two to three hours a day for the first three days, then all day. Almost nobody notices them by the end of the first week.
Won't they flatten out like the cheap ones?
That's exactly what a closed foam pad does — it compresses and stays compressed. The 4D structure here is open-cell: it collapses under load and pulls air back in as it releases. You can twist one into a full spiral and watch it come back to shape. Rotating between two pairs makes them last considerably longer again.
Can I wear them for sport?
Yes — walking, hiking, gym, and running on the road. They're built for impact, and the perforations matter most when you're working. If you run seriously long distances you'll want to replace them more often, the same as you would your shoes.
